Terms of Service

The ground rules for using AuroxHost — accounts, billing, acceptable use, and your protections.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AuroxHost services provided by Aurox Hosting Solutions Ltd. By ordering or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You must provide accurate contact information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

Acceptable use

Your use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We host lawful content only and may suspend or terminate services for violations, as described in that policy.

Billing & renewals

• Services are billed in advance on the cycle you select (monthly or annually).
• We accept cards, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT).
• Renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date; we send reminders in advance.

Refunds & account credits

All payments are final and non-refundable. If an order fails to provision or is canceled before activation, the full amount is automatically added to your account as credit on your client dashboard, usable toward any AuroxHost service; credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted back to cash. Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are non-refundable and non-creditable once submitted to the registry. Initiating a payment dispute instead of contacting support is a violation of these terms. Service levels

We target 99.9% uptime as described in our Service Level Agreement, which sets out eligibility and service-credit remedies.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, AUP violations, or risks to the platform or other customers. Where practical and lawful, we provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuroxHost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding month. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
