Acceptable Use Policy

AuroxHost is built for lawful, legitimate projects. This policy explains what’s allowed, what isn’t, and how we handle abuse — clearly and fairly.

AuroxHost provides privacy-first, resilient hosting for lawful content and legitimate projects. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains what you may and may not do with our services. It applies to every AuroxHost customer, reseller, and end user, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Strictly prohibited content and activity

You must not use AuroxHost to host, store, transmit, link to, or facilitate any of the following. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund and, where required, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities and NCMEC-equivalent bodies.
• Malware and attack infrastructure — viruses, ransomware, botnets, command-and-control servers, exploit kits, or credential harvesters.
• Phishing and fraud — deceptive pages impersonating others, financial scams, carding, or identity theft.
• Spam — unsolicited bulk email/SMS, snowshoe spam, or hosting resources that support spam operations.
• Content that incites violence or terrorism, promotes terrorist organizations, or facilitates serious harm to people.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or targeted harassment.
• Unlawful sale of weapons, controlled substances, or other goods prohibited by applicable law.
• Infringing activity at scale — dedicated piracy operations or systematic infringement of others’ intellectual property.
• Any other activity that is illegal under applicable law or the law of the hosting jurisdiction.

Network and resource abuse

• No launching denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized penetration testing against third parties.
• No cryptocurrency mining on shared or reseller plans, or activity that degrades service for others.
• Respect the resource limits of your plan; sustained abuse of "unlimited" fair-use resources may require an upgrade.

How we handle complaints and takedowns

We review every abuse report and takedown request on its merits. We will not remove lawful content on the basis of frivolous, unverified, or abusive claims — but where a report identifies genuinely illegal material or a clear AUP breach, we act quickly and proportionately.

• Illegal content (e.g. CSAM, live fraud, malware): removed immediately on verification; reported where the law requires.
• Copyright/other disputes: we notify you and give a reasonable opportunity to respond or resolve, consistent with the hosting jurisdiction’s law.
• Repeat or severe violations: may lead to account termination.

Reporting abuse

To report a violation, email abuse@auroxhost.com with the URL(s), a description, and any supporting evidence. We aim to acknowledge verified reports promptly and investigate every one. For emergencies involving imminent harm, please also contact your local authorities.

Consequences of violation

Depending on severity, we may suspend or terminate services, remove content, preserve and disclose information where legally required, and refuse future service. We may act without prior notice where the law requires or where content poses a serious or imminent risk.

Changes
