This Privacy Policy explains what information Aurox Hosting Solutions Ltd ("AuroxHost", "we") collects, why, and how we protect it. We designed our services to collect as little as necessary.

Information we collect

Account & billing: name or business name, email, and payment records. When you pay with cryptocurrency, we do not receive card or bank identity details.
Service data: the content and configuration you host with us, plus operational logs needed to run and secure the platform.
Technical data: IP addresses, request logs, and security events, retained only as long as needed for operations, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

How we use it

To provision, operate, secure, and support your services.
To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
To communicate service, billing, and security notices.
To meet legal obligations in the applicable jurisdiction.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t serve third-party advertising in our products. We don’t inspect the contents of your hosted data except as strictly necessary to operate the service, respond to a verified abuse report, or comply with the law.

Data location & sovereignty

You choose the region your services run in, including offshore locations in the Netherlands and Iceland. We process data in the region you select and in Nigeria where our company is based, applying appropriate safeguards.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, and with authorities where legally compelled. We require confidentiality from our processors.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at-rest options, access controls, and monitoring to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to minimize risk and respond quickly to incidents.
