Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. If an order fails or is canceled, the full amount is instantly returned to you as account credit on your dashboard — spendable on any AuroxHost service.

This Refund Policy applies to every purchase made from Aurox Hosting Solutions Ltd ("AuroxHost", "we", "us") — hosting plans, VPS and dedicated servers, reseller plans, domain registrations, and add-on services — whether paid by card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency, in NGN or USD. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Payments are non-refundable

All payments made to AuroxHost are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, it will not be returned to your card, bank account, or wallet. This applies to new orders, renewals, upgrades, and add-ons alike, and regardless of payment method or currency.

We publish full specifications, live pricing, and a detailed FAQ so you can evaluate every service before paying — and our team is available 24/7 to answer pre-sales questions before you commit.

2. Automatic account credits

Instead of refunds, AuroxHost operates a credit-first protection model:

• Failed orders. If an order cannot be provisioned — for example, a server configuration is unavailable or activation fails on our side — the full amount you paid is automatically added to your account as credit on your client dashboard.
• Canceled orders. If an order is canceled before the service is activated (by you or by us), the full amount is likewise added to your dashboard balance as account credit.

Credits are applied automatically — usually within minutes of the failure or cancellation — and you can see your balance at any time in the client portal under Billing → Credit Balance.

3. Using your credit

Account credit is real spending power, not points: it applies automatically to your next invoice and can be used on any AuroxHost service — hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, reseller plans, domains, renewals, and upgrades. Credit has no expiry date, but it is non-transferable between accounts and cannot be withdrawn or converted back to cash, card, bank, or cryptocurrency.

4. Domain registrations

Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are always non-refundable and non-creditable once submitted to the registry, because registries charge us irreversibly the moment a domain is processed in your name. Please double-check spelling and the extension before completing a domain order. If a domain order fails before reaching the registry, Section 2 applies and the amount is credited to your dashboard.

5. SLA service credits are separate

Credits issued under this policy are different from SLA service credits. If monthly uptime on an eligible service falls below our 99.9% commitment, you are entitled to service credits under the Service Level Agreement — that entitlement is unaffected by this Refund Policy.

6. Canceling a service

You can cancel any service from the client portal at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal invoices; it does not create a refund or credit for time remaining in the current billing term, and the service stays active until the end of the period you have paid for (immediate-termination requests are honored, but the remaining term is not credited).

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Because this policy is displayed before every purchase, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us is treated as a violation of our Terms of Service. Accounts with active disputes may be suspended, and services tied to the disputed payment may be terminated, until the dispute is resolved. If something went wrong with an order, message us first — the credit process in Section 2 exists precisely for that, and our team responds 24/7.

8. Suspensions for abuse

Services suspended or terminated for violating the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for credits under this policy.
